Showroom:

  • Answer Incoming Phone Calls

    • Pass on Calls to Event Consultants if Needed​

  • Restock Snacks

  • Dust/Clean Showroom

  • Straighten/Organize Linen, China, Glassware, Flatware Areas

  • Keep "Display Tables" Clear of Items and Linen Samples

 

Administrative:

  • File Paperwork in Filing Cabinet

  • Make New Linen Tags

  • Clean Kitchen Area

  • Replace Overflowing Trash Bags

  • Keep the Front/Back Counter Organized

 

Marketing:

  • Update Party Time Pinterest

  • Create Blog Posts

Requirements & Qualification

  • Proficient and quick to learn computer software used

  • Ability to work weekends
